Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and budgeting plans.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and produce financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the Accounting & Finance department team.
- Actively participate in strategic decision making.
- Finical Modelling & reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans.
- Implement cost reduction strategies.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Experience within the property and/or Construction industry
- Proven experience in a finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- A professional qualification such as Cima/ACCA is desirable.
Job Offer
