Job description
An opportunity has arisen with this growing national provider, for a regional / quality role supporting up to 12 settings covering the Midlands regions, you will need to be an experienced senior manager, who has experience in a similar role, supporting the quality, curriculum, ofsted and outstanding practice within nurseries working alongside the managers and their teams. Based on a 40 hr week, supporting settings in Warwickshire up to Staffordshire, salary is upwards of c£40k plus - depending on experience, together with £5k car allowance, 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and lots of other goodies with this growing Provider.

Ideally, you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
Have at least 6 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams
Have at least 1 years experience of Multi-Site Support / Management
Excellent knowledge of nursery manager, finances, recruitment, occupancy, marketing and Ofsted Inspections
Experience of Ofsted Inspections, Internal and external audits
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
Clean Driving Licence
