Salary range: £35,745 - £42,403 per annum
Work location: Our main office is based in Witney and we work throughout the West Oxfordshire patch. A combination of remote, face to face and office based working is expected depending on the needs of the people supported.
Hours per week: 37 - part-time hours will be considered  
Contract type: Permanent
Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a Criminal Records check

About the role

 

Working alongside a high performing team you will lead your community with the ‘wellbeing principle’ at its heart. As part of this, you will:

 

• Support people in your community, feeding forward new ideas and ways of doing things to improve and maintain their independence.
• Focus on successful outcomes for people over the age of 18 by carrying out strength-based approaches, care needs assessments and safeguarding enquiries.
• Empower the people you work with by arranging advocacy to ensure their voice is heard.
