Senior Account Executive – Woking, Surrey / London

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits

If you have a passion for PR and experience working within hospitality, then contact us about an opportunity for a Senior PR Executive/Senior Account Executive to join a marketing & PR consultancy who are looking to grow their team. The successful candidate will be eager to make their mark on their growing business, with ambitions and excitement to support the results they to deliver to their clients. You will relish the opportunity to be client-facing and provide input on a range of PR and Marketing activities across a range of clients.

They have two offices based in Central London and in Woking. This role is can either be based in their Woking office on a hybrid basis or in the London office on a hybrid basis but then spending time in their Woking office twice a month.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches and other written materials.
• Contribute to the creation of content for social media platforms, newsletter and other communication channels.
• Assist in coordinating media opportunities, including editorial contributions, press events and other activities
• Developing PR ideas and creating angles for features, events, research etc. on behalf of their clients, including media liaison and editorial pitching
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers, including responding to media enquiries
• Provide administrative support to account teams, including managing calendars, meeting notes and updating PR plans and project management platforms such as Trello.
• Supporting PR Campaigns with relevant research
• Assist in analysing PR performance, including client reports and media monitoring activities

Desired Experience

A minimum of two years’ PR and Marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality, tourism and leisure sector.

Desired Qualifications

Educated to degree level and qualifications in journalism, English, PR, marketing or communications preferable.
