My client, an established independent agent are looking for a motivated and hard working  Senior Sales Negotiator  to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to build themselves a career and climb the career ladder. You can currently be a Senior Negotiator or a Sales Negotiator looking for the next step in your career.

• Dealing with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating offers
• Valuing/Listing experience not essential but will be trained

Requirements

• Well-spoken with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence & own car
• Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Keen interest in the property industry
• Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record
• Able to work under pressure
• Residential sales experience is essential
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
