Job Description
Duties of the Account Manager will be:
- As a Account Manager you'll be Building strong customer relationships and nurturing sales through commitment to solving clients' problems.
- Managing a portfolio of 60-70 customers.
- Retaining and growing client accounts throughout their lifecycle
- Contacting your accounts base regularly to maintain regular sales and identify new sales opportunities.
- Be comfortable explaining new products to existing customers to generate new sales.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- B2B customer service - ideally having managed some accounts for repeat business customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
