We’re now seeking a Preparedness Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36.25 hours per week.

The Role

As a Preparedness Administrator, you will provide business administration and commercial support to our team.

Ensuring invoices are raised on time, you will collate supporting documents such as supplier invoices, timesheets and expense claims.

You will also provide monthly income and expense accrual data to our Accounts Team, liaising to ensure the prompt payment of invoices and raise general invoice queries.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure the efficiency of bookings and preparation for external training courses
- Support the Global Training and Consultancy Teams with administration
- Provide annual leave cover for the Training Co-ordinator
- Undertake training and consultancy business correspondence and queries
- Utilise and maintain the NetSuite system to record training and consultancy details

About You

To be considered as a Preparedness Administrator, you will need:

- Professional experience in a sales or business development environment
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A-levels (or equivalent)
