Job description

Reeds Rains in Chester Le Street and Stanley are looking for a Part time Accompanied Viewer to support both branches with their viewings, inspections and canvassing. 

These branches are part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

Must be reliable, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Ideally the candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, and be confident driving around this region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners properties
• Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
• To Complete r outine visits, property visits / inspections and canvassing. 
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication
• The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach
• Full Training will be provided.

Hours to be flexible depending on needs of the buisness, however circa 3/4 days required split between both branches, to include a Saturday.
