Position Overview:
The Regional Business Manager/Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing business sales operations within a designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of building a strong customer portfolio, and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will undergo training at the company's Germany head office.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Generate face-to-face meetings weekly to establish connections with key decision makers and showcase product versatility and quality.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and execute plans to move into new markets and expand the customer base.
- Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Work with customers on their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Provide data and reports on the customer portfolio to management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance products and services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Salary Range:
- GBP 45,000.00 - GBP 50,000.00 per annum, with monthly pay terms plus bonuses. On-target earnings (OTE) in the first year are estimated to be around GBP 65,000.00.
