I currently have a fantastic opportunity with a leading developer as a Sales Administrator. If you are looking to work in a diverse fast paced environment, then this could be the role for you!

You will be an integral part of the Sales Team. Your day will differ from day to day so I am looking for someone who is ambitious and hard working. If this seems like the role for you then please apply below.

The Roles and responsibilities are:

• Chase up choices that purchasers would like.
• Produce and maintain plot files.
• Collect weekly information and reports and bring up issues to Sales Managers.
• Distribute price lists internally.
• Keep the IMS system updates for Help to Buy.
• Keep office maintenance up to date internally and on site including stationary and any other needs.
• Deal with Sales Enquiries received via Head Office.
• Reception cover as required.
• Contribute ideas to improve or build upon current procedures.

Essential Skills:

• Computer literate on IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Methodical and highly organised.

• Able to work well under pressure and effectively manage own workload.

Benefits:

• £23,000 basic
• Annual Bonus
