Job description

My Client based in Cambridgeshire are looking to recruit for an interim DFG surveyor on a 6-month contract. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a pay rate of £40 per hour with business mileage on top. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

• Implement DFG requirements in the homes of disabled tenants.
• Producing specifications and a schedule of works.
• Carrying out pre and post inspections.
• Giving professional advice on factors affecting existing buildings, such as building defects, renovations and extensions.
• Liaise with OT's to provide the best service and value for money
• CAD Drawings and designs
