Our client is a leading health and social care provider committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Interim Data Operator / Administrator to join the team for a temporary 3-month assignment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teams to collect, collate, and organise data from various sources.
- Utilise MS Excel to manage and analyse data sets.
- Generate reports and present findings in a clear and understandable format.
- Provide core administrative support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, and core administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to visualise and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a data operator or administrator role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
