Full Time

£24,000 per annum

Due to the growth and demand of our family run businesses, we need an outgoing individual to join our Marketing team. Our client has built an excellent reputation, and are now proud to be one of the leading installers of replacement windows, doors and conservatory roof conversions in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire.

In this Social Media Marketing Assistant role you will be working in a fast paced, exciting, and friendly environment where everyone is part of the family. The role will primarily involve working closely the social media manager to help grow their online presence, increase channels to market, and attract more customers to visit the showroom.

Role Responsibilities:

• Helping to manage marketing campaigns
• Support the management of social media platforms
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Liaising with external parties for web, illustration, and print
• Producing content for events, web, and social media
• Contribute ideas to enhance content strategy that resonates with their target audience

You will support the Sales Manager with a broad range of both online and offline marketing across the business. The candidate needs to have experience in a B2C digital marketing environment and be used to staying up to date with technology and best practices.

Reporting, analysis of performance and competition along with suggestions for improvement are required attributes for the position. The role will also require making appointments with potential customers for our product specialists to visit their home and provide a quotation.

Experience Required:

• Candidate would have ideally managed social media accounts previously
• Strong computer skills including the use of the MS Office suite
• Have a keen eye for detail and understand the concepts of digital marketing.
• Previously worked in a teamwork-led environment
• Experience in a B2C digital marketing environment
• Creative flare
• A marketing or digital marketing qualification
• Social media marketing: 1 year (required) Social media: 2 years (required)

The Role

• Full-time
• £24,000.00 per year
• Monday to Friday
• Performance bonus
