Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Slough – Up to £44,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Slough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer covering two commercial buildings based around the
Slough area. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £44,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements - Mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc)
- Experience working in a large commercial building
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
