Role Description – History Teacher
- Permanent position
- September 2024 start
- £30,000 – £41,333 (based on experience)
- Teach History to a high standard across KS3 and KS4
- Grade exams, homework, classwork etc and provide feedback
- Provide extra support to students struggling with the curriculum
- Praise students for progress
- Provide a fun, engaging, and interesting learning environment
Person Specification – History Teacher
- Bachelor’s degree in History or related
- Must have QTS
- Passion for History and desire to help students reach their full academic potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge/training on Safeguarding
- Evidence of successful teaching at secondary level
