The Role:
- A rare opportunity to take over a buoyant caseload of commercial property work for a commercially minded and driven Senior Real Estate Solicitor in Sussex.
- Working closely with the experienced Partners, you will be managing a caseload of a range of matters such as disposals & acquisitions, commercial finance and property development across a range of sectors.
- Working alongside a well known Managing Partner you'll take over a caseload of Commercial Property matters with clients spanning across the South East
- Offering full support, this team will help you achieve your long-term goals, in a personal and professional capacity.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level with 5+ years of relevant PQE
- You will have excellent communication and team skills
- You will be keen for business development and career progression
