Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager
Oxfordshire (with hybrid working)

About the Organisation

Our client is an environmental charity.

They are the guardian of some extremely special and inspiring places full of nature and heritage.

They use these amazing places to engage and inspire people and to demonstrate nature-based solutions to climate, biodiversity and public health crises.


They are now looking for a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.

- Salary of £43,000 per annum
- 26 days’ holiday per year (increasing with length of service), plus an additional three days of leave over Christmas, and bank holidays

The Role

As a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will secure fundraising through strategic corporate partnerships.

Managing and motivating the fundraising team, you will ensure high performance, develop win-win partnerships, and mobilise greater involvement across our funding pipeline to maximise our client’s impact.

You will also lead on the expansion of corporate and business philanthropic support, forming strong relationships and strategic partnerships as well as nurturing existing major donors.

In alignment with our client’s mission, you will help them champion natural green spaces and allow people and nature to thrive.

About You

To be considered as a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will need:

- Proven success in securing major corporate and business partnerships and relationships
- Experience exceeding stretch income targets and managing partnerships that deliver £500K+ in multi-year funding
- Experience managing and developing high performing fundraising teams
- Experience and proficiency in using fundraising databases and/or CRM systems and analysing data
- A track record of creativity and innovation in converting businesses into supporters
- An existing knowledge of relevant networks
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Chartered Institute of Fundraising)
