Client Account Handler- High Net Worth
Salary: £20,000-£27,000
Location: Cirencester
Our client is a specialist insurance broker looking to add a talented insurance professional to their team in a Client Account Handler capacity.
To carry out necessary tasks in order to ensure efficient and effective functions which contribute to the quality and effectiveness of brokerage clientele.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both clients and insurers in all aspects of the role:
- New Business
- Renewals
- Mid Term Adjustments
- Claims
- Queries
- Premium financing arrangements
- Meetings and office visits
- Advising clients on existing products in accordance with their needs
Skills - Ideally CII Certification
- Experience either as a broker or underwriter or specialist high net worth business development
- Good grammar, Multi-tasking and Organisational Skills
- Good time keeping skills
- Computer literacy
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Effective negotiating skills with clients and underwriter
