As a Teaching Assistant with a passion for SEN, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on your students' lives whilst supporting them in a nurturing learning environment.

For this Teaching Assistant role you will have:

* A strong passion for SEN and dedication to students with SEN.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
* A dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Relevant educational qualifications or experience (preferred but not mandatory).

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

* Support students with SEN needs in the classroom and during activities.
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere within the school.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as needed.
* Collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver tailored learning experiences.
* Monitor and report on student progress and behavior.
* Promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
