We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a prestigious private hospital located in Lancaster. Responsibilities:Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Requirements:Registered Nurse qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital ward setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
