Page Personnel are currently working alongside an excellent business based in Middlesborough who are looking for a Credit Manager to manage their Credit Control team!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the teams efforts to collect outstanding debt using various methods and develop strategies for the business to make it more efficient
- Supporting newer members to the team and offering ongoing training
- Training on credit policies, procedures, and best practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, stake holders and external credit reference agencies
- Negotiating payments terms with clients and putting accounts on stop where required
- Generating regular reports for the wider business credit performance, ageing receivables, and bad debt provision

Successful candidate:
- Have worked in a similar role previously
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive can do attitude
- Ability work in a fast paced environment
What's on Offer
Salary up to £50,000 per annum + 25 days holiday + free on site parking + free on site gym + canteen + pension.
