Reporting into the Head of Product, the Product Management Lead for Player Experience will be responsible for Leading a team of Product Managers focused on our Player Experience strategy, plans and roadmaps.

???? Sounds great! What will I be doing?
As a "Product Management Thought Leader", youwill play a key role in bringing Product Management expertise and leadership to the business, ensuring we execute against our plans to provide our players with the best experiences in our industry. Working alongside our UX and Player Experience technology teams, you will be responsible for our Onboarding and Early Experiences, Connect and Community, Payments, Responsible Gambling, Game Discovery and Promotions and CRM Roadmaps.
Leading a team of Product Managers you will be committed to continuous improvement and passionate about developing others.
???? What will I be doing?(But in bullet points)
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, feature releases and delivery timelines, aligning with the company's overall goals and vision for Player Experience.
- Manage a high-performing Product Management team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence
- Work with key stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, translating them into actionable product features and plans that deliver against the commercial and regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with peers in the UX and Player Experience Engineering team to ensure Product development meets stakeholder and business / commercial requirements and targets
- Ensure alignment with overall company goals and long-term plan to launch new features, ensuring that they meet quality standards and market demands
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, both within tombola and externally with Flutter and third parties. Clearly communicate plans, challenges, progress and rationale for prioritisation

Knowledge and Experience
- Experience working in Product management in a technology business
- An engaging manager with a track record in attracting, recruiting, managing and developing talent
- A strong strategic and commercial mindset, with problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities, adept at aligning business and product/tech strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building cross-functional collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, particularly with counterparts across the tech teams.
- The ability to manage, grow, and develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of online gambling industry favourable
