Shift Pattern: Fixed and continuous to help you plan your life as far as you like also consisting of three days off in a row to ensure you are well rested. We work on a three day shifts three night shifts and then three days off basis
- Day shift 9am to 5.30pm 8 hours paid with half an hour break.
- Night shift split in two sections: 5.30pm to 11pm (finish shift at home working remotely) then 6am to 9am (again working remotely or office based) 8 hours paid and half an hour break.
This works out as 37.5 hours on average per week there will always be opportunity for overtime available.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the creation of rotas and working patterns for all staff to ensure all service is covered with the support of a Care Manager.
- Coordinating service delivery daily which includes managing inquiries from staff clients and other health professionals we work alongside.
- Undertaking formal checks on staff in the field.
- Contribute towards the delivery of a high standard of care through effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide cover delivering care in contingency.

Working between the hours of 6am 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in the UK. Don t worry if you don t have experience in care, we can provide industry leading training that ensures even though with no knowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers. Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
