Sports coach / Teaching Assistant - About the role

As the successful Sports coach / Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children aged between 3 - 11 within mainstream primary school.

You will be required to work as part of a team of three sports coaches that support pupils throughout the day and then assisting the sports coaches with after school clubs twice a week.

You will be expected to have experience of carrying out observations, planning and providing next steps to enhance the children's development.

Experience is not essential as the school are happy to train the successful Sports coach / Teaching Assistant where needed.

The headteacher is very consistent in her ambition to improve the pupils' achievement, working with the deputy headteacher, she has built a strong committed team which has a shared vision for the school.

The Pupils' behaviour is good in lessons and around the school.
