Multi-Skilled Plasterer required to start on a refurbishment scheme on MOD domestic properties in Lincoln.

The Client

Our client is a large award winning main contractor based who operates around Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, North West and the Midlands specialising in fit out, regeneration and commercial builds.

Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Plastering full walls and ceilings
• Small joinery duties - skirtings, hanging cupboard doors and boxing in pipe work
• Painting
• Tiling three courses in kitchens/bathrooms

They require the Candidate to perform the below;

• Demonstrate substantial recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
• Experience of working in domestic properties
• Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
• Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs

The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £21 per hour Umbrella/CIS. There is on site parking available.

This position is long term work up to a year's contract which could be extended.

Requirements

• CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
