We are looking for a Software Engineer who will craft Control Systems and related applications software for our Radiotherapy systems, encompassing a suite with service applications, factory test software, and an interface between external Treatment Management software and Real-Time control software. Occasional adjustments to the Real-Time control systems software and migration to a containerized micro-service platform are part of the role.You will operating within a scrum team on an Agile Release Train under Scaled Agile (SAFe), the role emphasizes software quality in a safety-critical environment.

The Senior Software Engineers responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Additional responsibilities include safety analysis participation, autonomous work capability, developing domain knowledge, proactivity in stakeholder needs anticipation, supporting high-priority issues, and assisting in the development of team members. The role entails guiding product development direction across teams, considering both business and technical drivers. Building and maintaining relationships, defining requirements, providing architectural input, and identifying improvements to processes and team dynamics are integral aspects.
