Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Leicester
£38,000 -£43,000 + Car Allowance + Commission
OTE £75,000 + uncapped.

Are you a passionate sales professional who enjoys working in the recruitment industry but prefers winning new business to sourcing candidates/ managing client accounts daily.
We are a commercial recruitment business, recruiting permanent talent nationally. We recruit across a multitude of sectors from marketing, sales, HR, office & professional, finance IT, and more.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of business development in the recruitment industry. A hunter mentality is vital to succeed in this role, someone who is highly organised, confident, passionate with the ability to influence at all levels.

The role:

• Working closely with our consultants to enable you to devise and implement sales strategies.

• Drive sales and increase revenue.

• Cold calling/ arranging client meetings both virtual and face to face.

• Conducting thorough fact finds to understand prospective clients’ businesses as well as the role.

• Attend networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.

• Presenting to prospective clients including their stakeholders.

• Using CRM daily, ensuring it is always updated.

The candidate

• Comfortable cold calling businesses

• Previous sales experience in recruitment working to KPIs.

• Professional with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Natural business acumen.

• Strong work ethic

• Money motivated

• Driving license
