We have a great opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader to join a wonderful setting in the Hounslow area.
This nursery offers the highest quality childcare from 3 months to 5 years with a nurturing and stimulating environment from a purpose-built setting, with on-site chefs preparing healthy seasonal menus.
As a Nursery Room Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early experiences of young learners. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, organised, and stimulating room environment where children can explore, learn, and develop to their full potential.

Responsibilities: - Foster strong connections with parents and guardians through effective communication, regular updates, and well-organized events, building a vibrant and inclusive community
- Assume accountability for the overall quality of care in the designated room, regularly assessing and implementing improvements to meet and exceed nursery standards
- Lead and inspire a dedicated room team, ensuring the delivery of high quality childcare and educational experiences
- Innovatively design and implement a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, instilling a passion for learning among children
- The Nursery Room Leader will mentor and support team members, offering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous professional development to enhance individual and collective skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Possession of a minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare recognised qualification
- Significant experience in an early years setting, showcasing proven leadership capabilities
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving them towards achieving outstanding outcomes for children
