Property Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000- £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, Liverpool City centre
I am recruiting for a well-known Liverpool-based estate agent and property management company. Who have become one of the leading agents in the city, having sold over 3,500 apartments and let thousands more.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Liverpool. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and handling tenant inquiries and concerns. The Property Manager will also be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing critical safety inspections and completing the renewal of tenancy agreements.
Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in property management, estate agency, or related fields - desirable but not essential
- Ability to multitask and work independently
