Are you an Operations Manager, Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager?
We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, renowned multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join the team. This role will oversee the Production/Hygiene side of the factory, working alongside the Head of Engineering and Head of Technical. The role requires someone who has experience in people/culture change and focused around process improvements. You will be responsible for developing H&S culture on site, meeting internal and external food safety standards, implementing CI and Lean manufacturing initiatives, develop and inspire all staff, develop and implementing KPI's, working closely with all departments - NPD, Technical, Engineering and OPEX. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience managing a fast paced, complex site, ideally chilled. You will need at least 5 years experience at Operations Manager level or equivalent. You will need to the ability to plan strategically and long term, influence across cross functional teams and be hands on.
