Job description
This is a permanent role and an excellent opportunity to progress your career at Ocado.
Starting rate - £12.65 per hour
Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.06 per hour.
Responsibilities would Include:
Supported by a Line Manager, you will lead a team of personal shoppers in the successful delivery of your areas KPI’s and targets
Communication and Engagement – ensuring this is delivered consistently, clearly and effectively to promote good working relationships and levels of engagement
Completing workplace inspections and escalating any non-compliances to your Line Manager
Proactively reporting production issues, ensuring these are identified and resolved effectively to minimise disruption to productivity levels
Labour allocation and control of hours – supporting your Line Manager to balance and allocate labour across a shift
Ensuring compliance with HACCP and liaising with food technology regarding any legislative, quality or supplier issues.
Minimum requirements for the role would be:
Previous experience in a stand up / coordinator role or similar
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Focus on performance and standard
