Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Answering telephone & dealing with general enquiries.
- Daily filing of all company documentation which must be in accurate order and organised at all times.
- Ensuring all documentation and records within your responsibility are completed and filed correctly.
- Accurate data entry onto company software & system server.
- Sorting and resolving all utility bill/council tax queries.
- Sorting and resolving supply issues of gas/electric to dwellings including debts present at checkout/in prior to new occupancy take on.
- Drafting of letter correspondences, tenancy packs etc.
- Arranging collection or delivery of landlord post received to the office.
- Managing inventory & ordering of office supplies to ensure smooth office operations i.e. printer inks, office stationery, ordering of letterheads/business cards etc.
- Management of Company handsets -phone vcml messages left – retrieve, log and action or allocate to assigned departments.
- Reporting & resolving of any faults with office equipment with suppliers i.e. handset faults, printer faults, card machines etc.
- Customer data complying with GDPR regulations. This includes keeping up to date records on file for both landlord & Tenants personal information.
- Key admin support to be provided to Sales/Lettings Manager and complete tasks as assigned.
- Handling all administration for welcome packs and providing customers with these within 24-48 hours of contract commencement date.
- Any other ad hoc admin duties required.
