Berkshire (Hybrid) - £40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a talented VAT Senior looking to join a small but growing VAT team.
This is a great opportunity to join the VAT Manager in building out their team long-term and there will be full CTA study support.
They are looking for a hands-on individual to help develop their VAT department, offering both advisory and compliance services.
You'll join a fun-loving tax team that takes their work seriously but not themselves. With clients of various sizes and complexities, you'll enjoy a dynamic environment.
They have offices in both Berkshire and Central London and you can choose where you want to work.
The role:
* VAT Compliance: Conducting thorough VAT reviews to ensure quality control.
* VAT Planning: Devising and implementing effective VAT planning strategies to enhance clients' tax positions, reduce VAT liabilities, and improve cash flow.
* Advisory Services: Offering expert guidance on intricate VAT matters, including cross-border transactions and the VAT implications of business decisions.
* Audits and Investigations: Assisting clients in preparing for and managing VAT audits, as well as handling VAT investigations by HMRC.
* Research and Analysis: Staying abreast of evolving VAT regulations and conducting in-depth research to interpret and communicate their impact on clients' businesses.
* Client Relationships: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored VAT solutions.
* Training: Providing training and workshops to clients and internal teams on VAT-related matters to enhance comprehension and compliance.
