Customer Service Advisor Rotherham £25,000 A manufacturer based in Rotherham is now looking to add to their customer service team. The business has 70 employees and within this department has a close team of 4 people. Full training will be given although the successful person should have experience delivering excellent customer service to their clients. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for all enquiries. You will be answering customer queries and liaising with other departments. Full product training will be given. Duties will include: Price & delivery requests. Accept telephone orders. Order progress requests. Proof of delivery requests. Call-off requests. Invoice / pricing queries. Complaints / requests to return products. The Person Enthusiastic Ability to self-motivate and self-manage. Customer Centric Approach Excellent Communication Skills SAP Experience desirable but not essential Having worked in customer service for technical products desirable but not essential Previous experience order processing would be an advantage Benefits 25 Days Holiday + statutory Westfield Health Onsite Parking Able to purchase additional Holidays.
