Our client is environmental building services engineering consultancy, that is proud to be employee-owned. Its portfolio includes award-winning examples of sustainable design and a diverse mix of beautifully designed buildings. Due to continued growth and success, the client is looking for an experienced Building Physics & Sustainability Engineer to join their team, who will be working as part of the MEP Division.

Location: Manchester (City Centre)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience and skills

Employment type:  Permanent

Purpose of the Role:

This role involves participation and interaction with a larger project team to develop simulations within project constraints. This role is not just an addition to the team of design engineers, but really an integral part of the team that stimulates the development and offers guidance on when modelling is required, the extent of modelling required, sensible approaches to issues, etc. This position specialises in the use of Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) and Virtual Environmental (VE) modelling software.
