IT Support Analyst - Global Luxury Goods Retailer - Central London - £38k - £44k
Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst looking to take on more responsibility & autonomy?
Robert Half have partnered with a global luxury goods brand focused in the watch & jewellery sectors.
Established over 100 years ago, they now employ close to 2000 people across 4 international offices and 36 retail outlets.
The Role
Based in their New London Office, you'll provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd level support to the growing user base and you'll be part of an international IT department. You'll be the face of Technology for their London office owning all Technical Support issues/ projects locally.
Responsibilities
- Supporting users in a Microsoft (cloud based) environment
- Providing Support for business applications
- Ensure high levels of customer service focused on end-user experience
- Act as the liaise on dispatching, log and track incidents and service requests and follow up with other resources involved to ensure incidents are resolved and requests are fulfilled
- Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues for end users
- Installation and maintenance of client hardware (notebook, ThinClient, PC, printer, mobile device, scanners)
- Participation in the administration and troubleshooting of telematics, technical issues
- Carrying out user administration, access and authorisation management
- Collaboration in local and cross-location workplace/ IT projects and with global IT
Skills & Experiences Required
- 3 years+ in an IT Support Position
- Windows environment Desktop Support experience
- As much experience as possible across the following: Windows, AD, Azure AD, O365, AV, Basic Networking, DHCP, TCP/IP,
- Analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Positive can do attitude.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and management multiple projects
