At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue. We are the perfect place for our guests to watch all the biggest sports, have a bite to eat, meet their friends for a drink or start their Big Night Out! Every Friday & Saturday our resident DJ's get the party started with music ranging from Chart, House, Dance, RnB, Anthems & More! We're your home for all things sport, showing the best in European Football, Premier League, Rugby, Cricket & all the biggest Boxing matches! During the Summer our visitors take advantage of our sun trap beer garden, with outside viewing for die-hard sports fans! We have everything the public need at The Golden Lion. Daily food deals, small plates, pub classics, we've got it.
