Adecco Warrington are recruiting on behalf of an incredibly important client with saving lives at the heart of their business. We are looking for an Account Manager to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis to develop new business and wrap around the lapsed and existing customer base.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Irlam, Manchester
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - 2 days WFH per week once up and running.
Your role is to create and maximise sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach whilst maintaining excellent customer relations. You will ensure the day-to-day operation of busy office environment is efficient by supporting the work of management and other members of the team.
Daily Duties Include:
- Provide a high level of service to all customers to meet standards set by the organisation
- Have a confident telephone manor to be able to recommend the best products suited to customers' needs
- Have confidence to explore opportunities and upsell associated products and services
- Provide product information and official quotes to customer over the phone & by email
- Follow up the quotes by chasing customer over phone and email
- Answer customer & supplier enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Account Management, meeting customer needs, solutions to any problems they may have and most importantly gain and maintaining an excellent relationship with each customer
- Record all customer communications and opportunities accurately in our CRM - Salesforce.
- Obtain and record customer product information to secure future business
- Continually develop knowledge of products
- Achieve sales targets set and annual objectives
- Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Experience:
- Sales - have experience in customer service / sales taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Targets / KPI's - proven track record of exceeding targets / KPI's set
- Communication - have strong verbal, writing and listening skills
- Teamwork - be a team player and build positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve company goals and business objectives.
- Organisation - be able to prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage your time well.
- Have an ability to decide what is important to focus on and get it done
- Motivation - show enthusiasm, initiative and always have a positive attitude.
- A reliable team player with a can-do positive attitude is a must.
