Job description

Commercial Filters LTD are recruiting for an apprentice warehouse operative. the successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 supply chain warehouse operative qualification, which will take approximately 14 months to complete.

Duties:

You will be working under a line manager within our busy warehouse, where you will learn all aspects of Goods-in, Goods-out, and warehousing. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, there is potential progression within our company’s various roles.

Some examples of what will be expected from you:
• Multi-roles – Goods-in, Goods-out, Picking/Packing etc.
• Use of I.T. equipment for stock and order processing.
• Trade counter – including cash and card payment handling.
• Stock-taking.
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely.
• General housekeeping in warehouse.

Requirements:

• Good timekeeping.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Good communication – written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Hours:

MON-FRI 08:30-17:00, 30 min unpaid lunch, 2 x 15 min paid breaks, 40 Hours per week
