Job Title: Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

Location: Ellesmere Port Town, Chester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client's expanding organisation as a Team Leader. As a leader in our client's company, you will play a crucial role in managing and motivating a team to achieve our business objectives while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set goals, develop strategies, and implement effective plans to achieve departmental objectives.


• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews to promote growth and development.


• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to enhance productivity and innovation within the team.


• Identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and introducing best practises to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.


• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues within the team, ensuring a positive working environment.


• Stay updated on industry trends, best practises, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate team members.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges efficiently.


• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.


• Knowledge of relevant software and tools to manage projects and monitor team performance.


• A positive and inclusive approach to working, valuing and respecting individual differences.
