Volunteering at Change Grow Live
At Change Grow Live we believe groups are a great way to engage and connect with those who use our services. We therefore offer a wide range of S tructured G roups including Foundations of Recovery and SMART Recovery as well as Online semi structure d groups .
As a Throughcare Volunteer, you will be able to s upport with the facilitat ion and preparation of a range of structured group s both physical and online as well as the semi structured Online groups. This will include promoting groups to service users, reminding them of upcoming sessions and engaging with those who do not attend. You can also be involved in making motivational calls to encourage attendance and promote a range of community-based recovery activities . You will be provided with training and supported to eventually be able to take the lead in delivering some of the Online groups and p rovide one to one support to clients .
