About Our Client

My client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager/ Management Accountant to oversee the company's financial operations and to guide crucial accounting decisions for the business. They are a growing company based in Bicester. Hybrid working available, salary on offer is £40k - £45k with some flexibility depending on experience

Job Description

Finance Manager responsibilities:

• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Monthly management accounts
• Manage the monthly income and expense imports
• Reconcile bank transactions
• P&L and Balance Sheets
• Compile company annual accounts for HMRC & Companies House
• Monitor the VAT status file company VAT returns

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Manager experience/ skills:

• Excellent eye for detail and a methodical approach
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative
• A desire to evolve and optimise existing systems and processes
• Qualified to AAT Level 3 or the equivalent by experience
