Workshop Controller

Location: West End, Surrey

Salary: Basic £34k, OTE £55k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time

The Role:

As a Workshop Controller , you will assign tasks to vehicle technicians for the seamless operation of the workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective processes for high satisfaction levels.
• Maximise hours sold, revenue per transaction, VHC adherence, and product sales.
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve daily objectives.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the parts department for optimal availability.
• Guarantee accurate completion of repair documentation.
• Adhere to manufacturer warranty standards consistently.
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold high standards of housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role.
• Franchised dealership background.
• Basic IT literacy.
• Experience as a fully qualified Technician / MOT tester. (Preferred)
• Full UK driving licence.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
• Saturday: 8am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 weekends)
