Remuneration: Circa £120,000+ (TAKE HOME)

Description: PRIVATE Dentist required part-time or full-time for 2-3 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Lincoln.
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENITAL - £12K PER MONTH (TAKE HOME)
•    45% split up to £18K, 50% split on earnings above £18K
•    50/50 split on lab bills
•    4 Associates & 1 Hygienist on-site
•    4 surgery practice equipped with Dentally Software
•    CBCT scanner, OPG
•    iTero Scanner
•    Digital x-rays & Rotary Endodontics
•    4 experienced nurses
•    TREATMENT COORDINATOR ON-SITE
•    Practice offers practice plan
•    Hours: 8:30-17:45
•    Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
