Job description
Excellent Roofing role in the North of England.
This role will be selling the company’s full range of Pitched Roofing Products including Roofing Underlays & Roofing Membranes as well as associated products. These are predominantly seen in residential projects but will also be seen in projects including schools and some commercial buildings. This is a full cycle role that includes a heavy focus on creating demand through specifiers that are mainly National/Independent Housebuilders , you then follow the specification through Roofing Contractors and finish by back selling via Roofing Merchants . The area is the North West , North East UK and the M62 Corridor . Currently the area is performing well but has room for development on the House Builder side.
A market leading Manufacturer who are part of a big group. They have benefitted from a large amount of Investment across the company and group not just in terms of product development but modernisation of manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate will have roofing specification experience with House Builders & Developers. You must be a hungry, tenacious hunter. You must be used to creating demand with Housebuilders & Contractors as well as selling full cycle via Merchants. This is all about tenacity and the ability to create demand and bring orders to the merchants, not a catalogue dropping role.
