Job Title: Commercial Manager – RC Frame Contractor

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Contractor who specialise in reinforced concrete (RC) structures, committed to delivering high-quality projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial. With a strong track record of success and a dedication to excellence, they are seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and success.

Position Overview: As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the RC frame projects, ensuring profitability, mitigating risks, and fostering strong client relationships. You will work closely with project teams to provide strategic commercial guidance, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and drive value engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management within the construction industry, particularly with expertise in RC frame projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry, with a focus on RC frame projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and project financial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office and project management tools.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) preferred but not required.
