Senior Care Assistant
Inverness
Days 38.5 hours per week
£27500- £28500
Purosearch are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work for a leading Scottish charity in the prime location of Inverness.
As a Senior Carer you will:
Ensure the highest level of care is provided to the elderly residents whilst being a role model to junior members of staff
Assisting the nursing & management team whilst on duty
Help with training of staff members, medication administration & general care duties
Promoting best practices & ensuring all policies are adhered to

The Care home is located in a quiet residential area of Inverness & they cater for the elderly, those living with dementia & have a fantastic management & staff team in place, the home is a medium sized home, circa 30 residents and has a family feel & a long standing supportive staff team.
The home is looking for staff for 38.5 hours on days- 12 hour shifts.
The successful applicant will :
• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards
• A Clean PVG , SSSC registration & a certificate in medication
• Previous supervisory/Management experience
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• A passion for elderly care
