Job description
A premium/luxury fashion and accessories brand is looking for a store manager in the Westminster area. This brand has become established through its innovative designs and high-quality clothing that is worn by many. The role of store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 5-10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a similar team size. A premium/luxury fashion background within retail is preferred or experience working in stores with a high focus surrounding customer service. The role is paying up to £34,000 accompanied by a wide range of benefits.
