Service Desk Analyst needed in Kidlington Paying £150 per day ref 360605

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Provide support, advice and guidance to end users by analysing, diagnosing and identifying work around’s to resolve incidents within the service level agreement.
• Provide advice and guidance to end users with service requests and manage/resolve requests in line with both policy and processes
