Job description
Here at Ultimate Recruitment I am looking for a new pool of PAYE or UMBRELLA Class 1 Container drivers for my client based in Coventry.
Job Description:
Container runs to Felixstowe port. If you do not have your Felixstowe card or it has expired, we can send you the link for you to complete the online test. If you fail the test you are unable to resit the test for 24 hours. If you pass the Felixstowe test then you can collect your port card from Felixstowe during your first shift.
Some runs require a collection before a delivery however drivers work on average 10-13 hours per shift.
Regular on-going work.
Start times:
Day shift start times between 4am and 10am
Night shift start times between 16:00 and 17:00
Drivers can be booked Monday to Friday AM starts
16:00 starts can be adhoc during Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
In date CPC Card
In date Digi Card
Minimum 12 months HGV1 driving experience
Minimum 6 months container experience
Rate of pay:
Paye rate:
Monday to Friday days from 4am
£15.40 per hour or £17.26 per hour including holiday pay.
Monday to Friday nights from 18:00
£16.40 per hour or £18.38 per hour including holiday pay.
Umbrella is also an option if you preferred to be paid PAYE Umbrella.
